Project & Construction Management
Your project is not complete until is permitted, constructed and operational. It is our preference, as with most consultants, to follow our designs through permitting, construction and start-up. Why? Because we fully understand the intentions behind the design and when possible breakdowns are identified the solution will be coherent with the greater intentions.
Permits will vary with the project and the regulatory agencies involved. Our experience with regulators includes private utilities, Local Towns and Cities, County Environmental Services throughout Arizona, Arizona Department of Environmental Quality, Arizona Department of Water Resources, US Environmental Protection Agency, Bureau of Reclamation, Bureau of Land Management.
Our services include multiple ways in which you can choose to have your project managed and constructed. As a project manager for a design completed by others, we offer value engineering as well as construction oversight. Our intentions in this role are to ensure the project is constructed as intended while all parties to the transaction find value and benefit.
